                           The pandemic has caused a lots of impact on educational forums. In this blog we will see about the impact of pandemic on teachers professional learning community (PLC), peer support networks, exploring collaboration and knowledge sharing among educators. 

Impact of pandemic on PLC:-

                                                   Teachers professional learning community is a teamwork operation in which workers work on a specific project. In this, COVID had impacted because when it cames to teamwork it should be done or create ideas by live meeting. When we speak with our teammates we will definitely get some creative ideas. In this, COVID had impacted very badly in teachers professional learning community. 

Impact on peer support:-

                                            Peer support is also same which is like PLC. In this networks, we will teach or share our own experience which we had came across in our life. This is the impact by online classes. All this had impacted between the interaction of students and teachers. 

Causes of exploring collaboration and knowledge sharing among educators:-

                          Exploring collaboration is a teamwork operation in which the project should be completed before the given time. Knowledge sharing among educators is nothing but when we share our own ideas for class room management, teaching techniques and so on. In this, COVID had impacted on education causing a great loss in educational forums. 

Conclusion:-

                      So, my conclusion is that COVID had impacted on everything. We should retain our self happiness, self happiness is nothing but when we love to work and always be happy. When we are in a crisis situation we must not get agitated. Always work on a smooth way and relaxed manner. Let us love to work positively and with a lots of happiness.
