1. Covid-19 impacted teachers well being severely that teachers were pushed to learn new technologies and cope up with it .It was difficult for teachers to make the children understand the topics.Some subjects like chemistry and biology needs practical methods of learning.Students faced a lots of difficulties after attending online classes and coming back to school .
2. Some students who weren't familiar with basic topics need to learn advanced topics. Some subjects like Maths are extremely difficult without knowing basics. Students didn't pay attention in online classes this made teachers stressed after reopening of school after covid . Teachers felt burnout.Because it took a lots of days to settle down and organise school's procedure and protocol.
3. Major stress for teachers was to learn new technologies quickly . Teachers need to send notes through whatsapp or any other source .Teachers need to practice Microsoft word or any other source to type and send notes to students. Teachers need to ensure that students get a proper environment to attend their classes .
4. Main challenge for teachers was to conduct exams and to ensure that students do not cheat in exams.parents should support to teachers during exam without any cheating . Teachers were in a hurry and pressure to complete the portions on time.
5. During that period teachers felt that work load was to high and teachers had to work too hard to train students to get good scores in exam.
6. Mental health of teachers was severely damaged that they were not sure whether students understood the topics and will there be a learning gap.
7.Covid-19 impacted teachers well being that many teachers were quited their job . Some quited their jobs has they had to change the teaching structure form remote to hybrid . Some teachers need to spend more on gadgets to make their classes lively and they were not funded by schools . These made them more frustrated .
8.Overall mental health of teachers were severely damaged by teaching and educating children through online . these created drastic effects in education system.
