Introduction
Education funding plays a crucial role in pandamics. In this period technology has been integrated with teaching and learning. Reduction of fee collection of schools during pandamics. The revenues has been cut to half. This enforced them to converting them into digital content. Many schools struggled to cope up with this stituation. Schools has to pay for staffs and teachers. This blog focuses on the transformation of schools to virtual mode inspite of all of the above mentioned problems.
Support for Teachers
Many critique webpages and multimedia lessons were created by the schools to manage virtual education. Resource centers were formed in the schools to train teachers besides providing the knowledge of tecnological educational teaching. And also this could be in the short budget. Sudden shut down of schools pressurized them for converting them into virtual mode in the short period of time.
Resource Allocation
The sudden cut down of revenues to schools made them struggled them to that situation. After COVID it is not a way to simply open their doors after pandamics. There should be an environmental change to be done catch up the children's and pandamics. This made the schools struggled in the resource allocation for the schools.
Change in Infrastructure
After pandamics when children's were returning to the schools there should be a attractive environment to catch up the students after reopening. The partners have to be give indeas for the infrastructure change. And also the students have to be tailored and give sustained support by the schools during pandamics. Then environmental change had to be motivated, encourage and also should be attractive for the students.
Conclusion
The COVID had created a great demand of the physical and physco-mental health assurance for students. The schools have to be ensured the for the students mental health. In schools there should be an attractive environment for the students to be tailored up form the pandamics.
